All our ingredients are sourced locally where possible and the meat is organic.
We cannot cater for nut allergies as we cannot guarantee a nut free environment.
A deposit of £5 per head is required at time of booking, and balance is payable no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Food can be delivered to your accommodation free of charge in the Brighton and Hove area. This will be at an agreed time and left in the fridge or appropriate place for you to reheat at your leisure. Full instructions will be provided.
If you would like waiting service (serving, clearing and washing up), this can be provided at a cost of £30 per hour (to cover 2 waiting staff).
Usually up to 3 hours is sufficient.
