Beginning her career in the 90's music industry,
world travel and international cuisine helped fuel
Tamzin Aronowitz's love of food and a true passion
for cookery was born.
Swapping the heady lifestyle of managing pop
acts for a career in fine dining, Tamzin trained
at Leith's school of Food and Wine. From here,
she went on to work for several private catering
companies in the UK and France.
In 2000 Tamzin set up a fine dining restaurant in the Cotswolds with a colleague from Leith's,
and it was during her time there that she met
her now husband Patrick, with whom she went on to run a popular gastro pub.
2005 saw the pair move to Brighton, where they now live with their 2 daughters. Tamzin kept her hand in with her continued creativity, catering at various music and social events.
Marine Cuisine was set up in 2015 and provides
delicious bespoke dishes for a variety of clientele,
where Tamzin's menus always impress a crowd.
